Is there a fee to register as an organizer?

Creating an organizer account is free. Pricing for ticketing and platform use may apply once you’re approved and start selling—details are shared during onboarding.

Why do I need admin approval?

We review applications to reduce spam and fraud, and to make sure organizers get the right level of access and support.

How long does approval take?

Timing varies, but we aim to process applications as quickly as possible. You’ll receive updates by email.

Can I run online and in-person events?

Yes. Regixo supports different event formats so you can list what matches your format.

What if I already have a Regixo account?

Use Log in from the registration dialog or header. If you need organizer access on an existing account, contact support.

Where do I get help?

After approval you’ll have dashboard access. For pre-approval questions, use the contact options shared in your confirmation email.

These default policies apply to organizer operations unless a specific event policy overrides them.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Regixo, an internet-based event discovery and ticketing platform, including its website and any future mobile or software applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies or terms that may apply to specific services or features. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.


2. Platform Overview

Regixo operates as an intermediary platform that facilitates connections between event organizers (“Organizers”) and users who wish to discover events and purchase tickets. Regixo does not organize, host, manage, or control any events listed on the Platform. All events, including their content, execution, pricing, and arrangements, are the sole responsibility of the respective Organizers. Any ticket purchase constitutes a direct agreement between the User and the Organizer.


3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age or access the Platform under the supervision of a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.


4. User and Organizer Accounts

Users and Organizers may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Regixo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of false information, fraud, or violation of these Terms.


5. Organizer Responsibilities

Organizers agree to publish only genuine and lawful events and to provide accurate details including date, venue, and pricing. Organizers are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary approvals, licenses, and permissions required to conduct their events. Regixo may request verification documents and reserves the right to suspend or remove events that are misleading, unlawful, or violate these Terms.


6. Event Listings and Content

All event listings and related content are provided by Organizers. Regixo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of such content. Regixo reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any event listing at its discretion.


7. Ticket Purchase

Tickets purchased through the Platform are confirmed only after successful payment via third-party payment gateways. Users are responsible for reviewing all booking details before completing a purchase. Regixo shall not be responsible for any errors made by Users during booking.


8. Pricing and Fees

Ticket prices are determined solely by the Organizer. Regixo may charge a convenience fee or service fee, which will be clearly displayed during checkout. Such fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.


9. Payment and Settlement

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Regixo may hold funds for a limited period after the event to manage disputes or refunds. After this period, payouts are released to the Organizer after deducting applicable fees, charges, or refunds. In case of disputes or chargebacks, the Organiser may be held liable.


10. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds are governed by the Organizer’s selected refund policy for each event. Users must review this policy before booking. Convenience fees are non-refundable. In case of event cancellation, ticket refunds may be processed according to the Organizer’s policy and applicable timelines.


11. Event Entry and Usage

A valid ticket is required for entry. Users may be required to present identification. Entry rules, restrictions, and conditions are determined by the Organizer or venue. Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold or misused unless permitted.


12. Prohibited Use

Users and Organizers agree not to engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the Platform, post unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools such as bots or scrapers. Regixo may take action including suspension or termination of accounts in case of violations.


13. Third-Party Services

The Platform may include integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways. Regixo is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of such third parties.


14. Intellectual Property

All rights related to the Platform, including content, technology, and trademarks, belong to Regixo. Organizers retain ownership of their event content. Users and Organizers may not copy or misuse Platform content without permission.


15. Data and Privacy

Regixo collects personal data such as name, email, and phone number to provide services, process transactions, and improve the Platform. For more details, refer to the Privacy Policy.


16. Security and Confidentiality

Users and Organizers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Regixo is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.


17. Termination

Regixo may suspend or terminate access to the Platform, remove listings, or restrict accounts in case of violations, fraud, or legal risks.


18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Regixo does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.


19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regixo shall not be liable for any damages, including event-related issues, personal injury, loss of property, or Organizer actions.


20. Indemnification

Users and Organizers agree to indemnify and hold Regixo harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.


21. Force Majeure

Regixo shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.


22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, India].


23. Changes to Terms

Regixo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for ticket purchases made through Regixo (“Platform”).

By purchasing a ticket on Regixo, you agree to this Policy along with the Terms & Conditions.


2. Platform Role

Regixo acts as an intermediary ticketing platform between Users and Event Organizers.

  1. All events are managed by Organizers
  2. Refund rules are primarily defined by the Organizer

Regixo facilitates the refund process but is not responsible for event execution.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on:

  1. The refund policy selected by the Organizer
  2. The time of cancellation request
  3. The event start date and time

Users must review the refund policy shown on the event page before booking.


4. Organizer-Based Refund Policies

Each event on Regixo may have its own refund policy selected by the Organizer. This may include:

  1. Non-refundable tickets
  2. Full refund before a specific time (e.g., 24–48 hours)
  3. Partial refunds (e.g., 50%)
  4. Organizer approval-based refunds

Regixo enforces the selected policy automatically.


5. Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled by the Organizer:

  1. Users will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket amount
  2. Convenience fees may or may not be refunded


6. Event Postponement

If an event is postponed:

Users may:

  1. Attend the event on the new date
  2. OR
  3. Request a full refund


7. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  1. User fails to attend the event
  2. Late arrival or denied entry due to user fault
  3. Ticket has already been used or scanned
  4. Refund request is made after the event has started or ended
  5. Tickets purchased outside the Regixo platform


8. Convenience Fees

  1. Convenience fees charged by Regixo are non-refundable
  2. These are platform service charges and not part of the ticket price


9. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Users must initiate the request via the Platform or support
  2. Requests will be reviewed based on the applicable policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


10. Refund Timeline

  1. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  2. Actual credit time depends on the payment provider or bank


11. Third-Party Purchases

Regixo is not responsible for refunds of tickets:

  1. Purchased offline
  2. Bought from resellers
  3. Purchased outside official Regixo payment systems


12. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a user raises a chargeback:

  1. The transaction may be investigated
  2. Refund eligibility will be determined based on this Policy

Regixo reserves the right to take action in case of misuse or fraud.


13. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as:

  1. Natural disasters
  2. Government restrictions
  3. Emergencies

Refund decisions will be made in coordination with the Organizer.


14. Organizer Responsibility

Organizers are responsible for:

  1. Defining refund policies
  2. Honoring valid refund requests
  3. Managing event-related changes

Regixo may intervene in disputes but is not liable for Organizer actions.
